Our Practice – Estate Planning with You & Your Family in Mind
While nobody likes to think about death or disability, creating your estate plan is one of the most important steps you can take to protect yourself and your loved ones. Estate planning is an expression of love and devotion to the people that you care about and the causes that you support.
At the Law Office of Brian F. Cootauco, we strive to design and implement estate plans to accomplish your objectives, with the end in mind to preserve family harmony and provide smooth asset transitions with the least amount of opportunity for dispute or court intervention.
